Hey everyone! 👋
Time for the next look behind the curtain at what we’ve been building at ONINO over the past weeks! While not everything is immediately visible in the live product, a lot of foundational work has been happening to make the platform more powerful, flexible, and future-proof.
Here’s what we’ve been up to:
🧭Completely Refactored Onboarding Flow
One of the biggest improvements this cycle: a full overhaul of our onboarding experience.
What’s new:
A clear, step-by-step flow with better guidance for investors
A modern split-screen layout that explains why we ask for certain information
Faster orientation for new users, with fewer questions and less friction - so everybody can get started with digital assets as fast as possible
This is one of those changes that’s best seen rather than described:

🛃Custom KYB, Built In-House
We’ve developed our own fully custom KYB (Know Your Business) solution, instead of relying solely on an external provider.
Why this matters:
A smoother, more tailored KYB experience for issuers and platform operators
Full flexibility to adapt KYB flows to different regulatory and business needs
No more “platform breaks” for admins
To support this, we also added a KYB Moderation Dashboard, allowing admins to review, manage, and approve KYB cases directly inside the ONINO platform - without switching tools or jumping between systems.

🎨Design Improvements, Layouts & Visual Polish
We continued modernizing the look and feel of the platform, focusing not just on visuals but also on layout structure and page composition.
What this means in practice:
- Cleaner, more consistent layouts across pages
- Improved spacing and hierarchy to guide users naturally through complex flows
- Clearer grouping of information, so important actions and statuses are easier to spot
The goal is simple: reduce cognitive load and make even complex tokenization and investment processes feel calm, intuitive, and well-structured.

🌍A New Language Joins the Platform
Finally, we’ve expanded the platform’s language support to accommodate an upcoming white-label rollout - stay tuned for more infos soon!
